Simplified Shipping for Your Convenience
At Orange Inca, we strive to make your experience as effortless and enjoyable as possible. We use Australia Post for Standard and for Express shipping, ensuring your treasures travel from our hands to yours with ease.
For international shipping we use Australia Post for standard shipping. At the customer's request we can quote the shipment with DHL.
Complimentary Australian Shipping - We offer complimentary Standard Post shipping on all Australian orders above AUD 120, except for heavy or large items (details below). We have a flat shipping cost of AUD 10.00 for orders below AUD 120. Your satisfaction and convenience are at the heart of our service.
Express Delivery Option - For those special moments when time is of the essence, opt for our Express Delivery in Australia at a flat rate of $30.00 (excluding heavy or large items). Speed and efficiency, delivered with care.
Oversized Items - Some larger items like heavyweight rugs and furniture may incur additional delivery fees, clearly displayed on the product page. We handle these treasures with extra care to ensure they reach you in perfect condition.
Accuracy is Key - Please ensure all shipping and billing details are accurate to facilitate a smooth delivery process. The responsibility for providing correct information lies with you, our valued customer.
Missing Products - Your order's safe arrival is our priority. For orders with 'Free Shipping (authority to leave WITHOUT signature),' Orange Inca cannot be held liable for parcels that are stolen, lost, or missing post-delivery.
Delivery Times - We dispatch orders on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, typically within 3 days of order placement. Once dispatched, anticipate 1-4 business days for express and 2-8 business days for standard delivery, depending on your location. Our commitment is to get your order to you as swiftly as possible.
Receiving Your Order - Deliveries by Australia Post occur between 8 am – 6 pm, Monday to Friday. Parcels are booked as authority to leave without a signature.
Address Changes - Once your order is dispatched, we're unable to alter the shipping address. If you have urgent needs or any queries, reach out to us at info@orangeinca.com.
International Shipping - For international orders, note that international customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and charges. These are not included in our prices and are your responsibility. If a shipment is refused, you bear the original shipping charges and the cost of returning the package to us. Please note, we cannot mark international orders as gifts to bypass customs fees. Shipping is calculated at check-out. If we do not deliver to your country contact us at info@orangeinca.com.
