Each product is either handcrafted or combines manual artisanship with minimal machine intervention, ensuring uniqueness and ethical production.
Currently, all our products are 100% handmade. As we expand, some products may include machine processes, yet will predominantly involve manual craftsmanship to maintain authenticity and sustainability.
We use a variety of natural materials, including sheep wool, alpaca wool, and junco, all sourced and processed through sustainable practices. These materials are selected for their quality and environmental benefits.

Yes, we offer international shipping. Please be aware that international customers are responsible for all duties, taxes, and additional charges. These are not included in our prices. We dispatch orders on business days, excluding weekends and public holidays, typically within 3 days of order placement. Once dispatched, anticipate 1-4 business days for express and 2-8 business days for standard delivery, depending on your location. Delivery details will be provided in your confirmation email.
